Players Club Attendant
About The Position
Maintain a professional, friendly and courteous atmosphere that provides guests with an exceptional gaming experience and ensure efficient operations. Assists guests and players with all requests in a professional and timely manner. Identifies, establishes, and inspires enrollments to prospective Players Club members both on the casino floor and the Players Club booth. Prepare new cards, replacement cards, and updates information in the player development system for guests. Evaluates members’ play and issues complementary amenities based on established guidelines. Stays informed about all events, promotions, and tournaments. Maintains general knowledge of the property as well as slot floor layout, mix, etc. Performs duties in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures. Performs all other job related duties as requested.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 21 and able to obtain a support license from the SD Commission on Gaming.
