About The Position

Primary responsibility is to serve as the casino's player development specialist, developing relationships and have a strong communication with players to build a loyal relationship.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • One years’ experience in customer service
  • Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible mindset
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft word and excel), willingness and ability to learn additional computer, software
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions while providing optimum guest service
  • Class B Gaming License (As provided for a nominal fee with a clean background check)
  • Candidates for all positions must be at least 21 years of age and be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Applicants must have a California I.D., a Social Security Card, and a Birth Certificate.

Responsibilities

  • Builds relationships with customers, establishing a foundation for customer loyalty.
  • Supports marketing programs using communication skills to disseminate information in a manner that builds business and creates a positive image.
  • Maintains player records and files when appropriate, keeping all information confidential.
  • Assists with marketing program functions.
  • Adheres to company and department policies and procedures.
  • Maintains a professional appearance at all times.
  • Handles box office ticket sales, logo retail sales.
  • Recording and reporting any suspicious activity as defined by the Bank Secrecy Act (Title 31) and Feather falls Casino Internal control policy Suspicious Activity Compliance Program.
