The Player Services Supervisor is a key representative of the Marketing Department on the casino floor, responsible for supervising and training Player Services Representatives, ensuring excellent guest service, and managing player tracking and disputes. This role involves creating and updating staff schedules and attendance, monitoring PTO requests, and keeping the team informed about promotions and casino news. The supervisor also oversees inventory, maintains the Muckleshoot Rewards database, coordinates and executes casino promotions and off-site events, and assists with promotional collateral and vendor management. They are expected to maintain a positive and safe work environment and report to the Player Services Manager/Asst. Mgr.
