Under the direction of the organization's Vice President International Marketing, the International Player Development Executive is responsible for effectively marketing, evaluating, and maintaining a professional relationship with assigned house players, and establishing new business. Knows and ensures adherence to department and company policies, procedures, internal controls and government regulations. This position is eligible for an incentive program determined by management. This position will be measured and evaluated based on the contribution of the financial growth, specifically revenue gained through relationship marketing of high worth players. This position requires the employee to be fluent in Cantonese. License Level: This is a gaming level position. The position has access to sensitive customer information. Nothing in this description shall be interpreted to give this position the ability to make discretionary decisions or develop and implement policies that will have long term impact on gaming operations.
