Requirements

  • Intermediate to advanced data manipulation, data extraction, and reporting skills on various platforms (i.e. Excel, Tableau, SQL) is required
  • Must possess the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions leveraging various data sources
  • A solution-orientated and positive mindset that openly embraces change and stretches goals
  • Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills
  • Minimum of 5-years related hotel-gaming experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • The ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts, including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by any applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live's operating standards.

Responsibilities

  • Extract and analyze data related to Player Development from internal sources (source systems, data warehouse)
  • Supports reporting relevant to host performance, host coding functions, host goal setting, and supports the administration of Host Commission Program
  • Partner with the properties Player Development leadership teams in the planning and execution of host coding functions, host goal setting, and administration of Host Commission Program
  • Translates data into insights to answer business questions
  • Develop clear and compelling data visualizations, data aggregations, and operational reporting tools leveraging various tools such as, but not limited to, Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau to bring insights to life
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders in order to clarify questions, deliver findings, and seek feedback
  • Develop templates for routine reporting that ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify business questions proactively and collaborate on cross-functional projects
  • Maintains strong interdepartmental relations
  • Performs other duties as requested
