The Platform Specialist team is essential to the business success, combining their abilities of analyzing data, optimizing accounts and articulating this in clear and simple terms with clients directly. The Platform Specialist Manager will manage a team of Platform Specialists, helping them grow, develop and continue to build their book of business. The ideal candidate will have hands-on client facing account management responsibilities and be accountable for leading, growing and developing our strategic accounts in the Industry vertical in AMR, which is comprised of Finance, Productivity & Utilities, Photo Video, News and Entertainment. The Platform Specialist Manager and team do this via making recommendations to clients on how they best optimize their campaigns to hit their business goals while also forging a positive long-term partnership. You will work hand in hand with a Client Partner Manager and Client Partners who act as our frontline sales team. You will also partner closely with your regional colleagues and other key stakeholders such as marketing and product, feeding back market sentiment on our products. The Platform Specialist Manager should drive an inclusive and open team culture, with results focused behaviors that ensure the business hits its revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
