What You’ll Do • Write, execute, and maintain test cases for platform enhancements against defined acceptance criteria • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for each release cycle • Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) with business stakeholders, capturing feedback and managing defect resolution • Maintain and improve the regression test pack — identifying gaps, removing obsolete cases, and ensuring coverage keeps pace with platform changes • Support release management activities including environment readiness checks, deployment verification, smoke testing, and rollback procedures • Log, triage, and track defects through to resolution, ensuring clear reproduction steps and appropriate severity classification • Contribute to release documentation including release notes, known issues, and post- deployment verification checklists • Assist with test data preparation and environment configuration across development, staging, and UAT environments What We’re Looking For • Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline • A methodical, detail-oriented approach — you need to spot what others miss and document it precisely • Basic SQL skills for data validation and test evidence gathering • Understanding of software testing fundamentals: test planning, case design, defect lifecycle, and the difference between functional, regression, and integration testing • Strong written communication — defect reports, test evidence, and release notes must be clear enough for developers and business stakeholders alike
