About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented [Test Engineer] Intern to join
our [Testing Group] team for Summer 2026. In this role, you will gain hands-on
experience in [Large-Port-Count Optical Networking Equipment testing and data
analysis], work alongside industry professionals, and contribute to meaningful
projects that support our team and company objectives.

Requirements

• Education Level Required: [Master’s / PhD]
• Majors: [EE, Optics or Physics]
• Open to currently enrolled students or those who have graduated within one year of the internship start date.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Team-oriented but able to work independently when needed.
• Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and time management.
• [Python programming]

Nice To Haves

• Relevant coursework or extracurricular experience in [AI and ML related programming] is a plus.

Responsibilities

• OCS testing and data analysis
• Use optical measuring equipment, generate test software and extract characterization parameters from raw data
• Work together with a team of test engineers to choose test configuration, collect large amount of data, analyze the data and generate test reports.
• Generate reports including test conditions, test results, data validation, conclusion and future improvement
