As a Platform Engineering Manager on the CoverMyMeds (CMM) team, you'll lead a team of platform engineers responsible for building and operating the infrastructure that enables CMM's product development. Your team maintains critical shared systems—both modern cloud-native platforms and legacy on-premises infrastructure—that 400+ developers depend on daily. This is a people leadership role. You won't be writing code, but you'll need enough technical fluency to review your team's work, make informed tradeoffs, and advocate effectively for platform investments. Your success will be measured by your team's effectiveness, the reliability of the systems they own, and the experience of the developers who build on your platform. At this time, we are not able to offer sponsorship for employment visas. This includes individuals currently on F-1 OPT, STEM OPT, or any other visa status that would require future sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future sponsorship.
