About The Position

Platform Engineer, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Service Responsibilities: Solution Deployment & Lifecycle Management Manage and automate solution deployments across development, test, and production environments. Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. Ensure version control and proper branching strategies for Dynamics 365 solutions. Security & Compliance Implement and manage security roles, field-level security, and access controls within Dynamics 365. Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory security standards. Monitor and audit system access and usage. Platform Engineering & Support Collaborate with developers, architects, and business analysts to support solution design and delivery. Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration errors. Maintain platform health, perform upgrades, and manage service updates. Automation & Scripting Develop PowerShell scripts and use Azure CLI for automation tasks. Integrate Azure DevOps with Git repositories and automate build/release pipelines. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in platform engineering, systems support, or infrastructure management. Undergraduate degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of training and experience. Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power Platform. Proficiency in Azure DevOps, including pipeline creation and management. Experience with Power Platform CLI, Solution Packager, and ALM best practices. Deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 and Dataverse security model. Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, role-based access control (RBAC), and conditional access policies. Understanding data security and access patterns across Power Platform and Azure. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-600, AZ-400, DP-600). Experience with Dataverse, Power Automate, and custom connectors. Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Application Insights or Azure Monitor Experience integrating Dynamics 365 data with analytics or reporting platforms. Requirements
