Requirements
- Advanced experience with Salesforce configuration and best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce administrative functions such as managing user profiles, permissions, permission sets, roles, etc.
- Knowledge of and experience with Salesforce and related licensing.
- Willingness and ability to stay current with Salesforce updates and provide strategic recommendations
- Strong analytical skills including the ability to troubleshoot challenging problems across the platform & its HW/SW components
- Proven experience in Scrum and DevOps methodologies
- Ability to guide and mentor junior team members
- Solid communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal clients and stakeholders at all levels of the company.
- Lead small & medium projects
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Systems or other related experience
- Four or more years of experience in release practices and environments or other related experience
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities
- Provides support on architectural design and maintenance of the platform’s (COTS, SaaS, ERP) environment with distributed components
- Ensures compliance with the organization's requirements through the implementation of, auditing of, and adherence to policies, procedures, and security standards
- Plans software upgrades, patching, & plugin installations in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Monitors performance, resolves problems, & manages component capacity issues
- Design, test, develop, configure, & maintain integrations to platform’s applications
- Adhere to the platform’s security and coding standards for resilience, data, and security
- Review business requirements to deploy the best solution, including configuring, coding, & debugging
- Work closely with cross-functional departments to communicate statuses & technical proposals
- Deploy and configure platform applications tailored to company needs
- Design technical solutions, configure/customize, test, maintain the platform applications to meet company requirements
- Ability to guide and mentor junior team members
- Performs other duties as required
