Requirements

  • Advanced experience with Salesforce configuration and best practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce administrative functions such as managing user profiles, permissions, permission sets, roles, etc.
  • Knowledge of and experience with Salesforce and related licensing.
  • Willingness and ability to stay current with Salesforce updates and provide strategic recommendations
  • Strong analytical skills including the ability to troubleshoot challenging problems across the platform & its HW/SW components
  • Proven experience in Scrum and DevOps methodologies
  • Ability to guide and mentor junior team members
  • Solid communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal clients and stakeholders at all levels of the company.
  • Lead small & medium projects
  • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Systems or other related experience
  • Four or more years of experience in release practices and environments or other related experience
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

  • Provides support on architectural design and maintenance of the platform’s (COTS, SaaS, ERP) environment with distributed components
  • Ensures compliance with the organization's requirements through the implementation of, auditing of, and adherence to policies, procedures, and security standards
  • Plans software upgrades, patching, & plugin installations in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Monitors performance, resolves problems, & manages component capacity issues
  • Design, test, develop, configure, & maintain integrations to platform’s applications
  • Adhere to the platform’s security and coding standards for resilience, data, and security
  • Review business requirements to deploy the best solution, including configuring, coding, & debugging
  • Work closely with cross-functional departments to communicate statuses & technical proposals
  • Deploy and configure platform applications tailored to company needs
  • Design technical solutions, configure/customize, test, maintain the platform applications to meet company requirements
  • Ability to guide and mentor junior team members
  • Performs other duties as required
