About The Position

Peraton is seeking a senior technical leader to drive enterprise platform delivery across Federal civilian, defense, and national security agencies. This role leads large-scale SaaS, PaaS, and hybrid cloud deployments, ensuring interoperability across mission domains such as asset management, supply chain, logistics, facilities, and IT service management. The Head of Platform Delivery will establish repeatable delivery frameworks, scale multi-agency programs, and deliver measurable mission outcomes while maintaining Federal compliance and security standards.

Requirements

Minimum of 16 years with BS/BA.
16 years delivering Enterprise IT, mission systems, or platform programs.
Proven success in large-scale Federal or Healthcare implementations.
Experience with SaaS, PaaS, hybrid cloud platforms, and system integration.
Knowledge of Federal cybersecurity frameworks (RMF, FedRAMP).
Experience managing multi-partner, multi-vendor ecosystems.
Strong leadership in program governance, scaling delivery, and execution.
Must be a US Citizen or a Green Card Holder.
Ability to achieve and maintain a Position of Trust.

Nice To Haves

Federal agency and Healthcare program experience.
Familiarity with asset lifecycle management, logistics/supply chain, or facilities platforms.
Enterprise digital transformation experience.
Background in capture, proposals, and solution shaping.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise platform execution across Federal agencies.
Deliver capabilities in asset management, IT/asset management, supply chain/logistics, facilities, data/analytics, and unified mission workspaces.
Focus on asset readiness, operational efficiency, cost reduction, user experience, and real-time visibility.
Establish and lead a centralized Platform Delivery Organization.
Stand up PMOs, delivery governance, and standardized frameworks (DevSecOps, SAFe, hybrid agile).
Manage phased deployments and scale delivery through Peraton, partners, and subcontractors.
Deliver hybrid architectures for ERP, healthcare, mission, OT/IoT, and cloud platforms.
Implement API-driven, event-driven, and data mesh/fabric approaches for “one mission thread across systems.”
Implement a single operational interface with persona-based dashboards, role-based workflows, cross-system orchestration, and secure access.
Enable mobile and field capabilities.
Ensure adherence to RMF, FedRAMP, Zero Trust, ICAM, and ATO strategies.
Implement embedded ATO Fast-Track approaches for accelerated deployment.
Serve as senior delivery interface to Federal executives (SES, Flag Officers).
Align delivery to mission outcomes and KPIs.
Lead governance reviews and executive briefings.
Coordinate delivery across SaaS, data, cloud, logistics, facilities, and small business partners.
Ensure alignment with architecture standards, timelines, and performance outcomes.
Translate proposals into executable delivery plans.
Validate assumptions, define roadmaps, and build reusable delivery artifacts.
Identify cross-agency reuse opportunities.
Expand platform into additional mission domains (logistics, aviation/fleet, facilities, clinical systems).
Support capture strategy and solution differentiation for Federal-wide transformation.
