About The Position

You will sit at the center of how artificial intelligence becomes real, trusted, and scalable across Deutsche Bank. In this role, you shape an enterprise AI platform that takes ideas from experimentation to production and puts them into the hands of thousands of users globally. You bring together engineering, delivery, and governance to ensure innovation moves fast without compromising safety or resilience. Your leadership directly enables the bank to innovate with confidence while delivering meaningful outcomes for the business and clients.

Requirements

  • Experience leading agile delivery and sprint‑based execution in complex technology environments
  • Strong background in product delivery with a focus on turning ideas into measurable business value
  • Comfort operating within enterprise governance, audit, and risk frameworks
  • Experience defining and tracking operational performance metrics
  • Proven leadership of engineering or platform delivery teams

Responsibilities

  • Own the end‑to‑end journey of AI solutions from development through enterprise‑grade release and ongoing operation
  • Drive sprint execution and delivery rhythm to keep teams aligned, focused, and outcome‑oriented
  • Oversee platform operations including deployments and release cycles to ensure stability and scalability
  • Partner closely with risk, security, and control teams to meet governance and regulatory expectations
  • Define and track operational metrics to measure platform performance and health
  • Work with senior stakeholders and external vendors to drive adoption and long‑term value
