About The Position

The Platform Controller will oversee accounting operations across 4–5 dealership locations, leading a team of accounting professionals while building scalable processes to support rapid growth. This role will play a key part in standardizing operations, improving efficiency, and helping position the organization for long-term expansion.

Requirements

• Experience overseeing multiple dealership rooftops
• Background in a corporate or multi-location automotive environment
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Ability to implement structure and processes in a high-growth setting
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds (DealerTrack exposure is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close across multiple rooftops
• Oversee accounting operations for 4–5 locations
• Perform and review bank and floor plan reconciliations
• Reorganize and improve accounting processes and workflows
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team
• Supervise 4 Office Managers, 2 Controllers, and a team of ~12
• Partner with leadership to support growth initiatives and scalability
