About The Position

POSITION SUMMARY: The Platform Administrator provides analytical and process support to the Operations Director for the Houston platform and sites. Responsibilities include data compilation and analysis, identifying and resolving discrepancies, supporting customer-facing inquiries, conducting root cause analysis of issues, and providing recommendations to management to improve accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with payroll processes, clinician scheduling, and/or clinician compensation, and will have high attention to detail/analytical skills. The base pay estimate for this role is $60,800 - $103,400 annually. The final offer will depend on the skills, experience, and qualifications of the selected candidate. This range is for base pay only and does not include bonuses or other compensation. This position is eligible for an annual bonus. Bonuses are not guaranteed and are awarded based on company and individual performance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma and minimum of 3 years relevant experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Skill in analyzing data.
  • Knowledge of organization policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation to type from draft copy, review, and edit reports and correspondence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Skill in gathering and reporting information.
  • Ability to work effectively and independently with all levels of staff, physicians, and external customers.
  • Must have a pleasant disposition and high tolerance level.
  • Must have the ability to multitask.
  • Must have the ability to work with limited direct supervision.
  • Must have the ability to be available via cell, pager, or phone on an on-call basis.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
  • QGenda application knowledge highly preferred.
  • Prior physician scheduling experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Tracks all Physician compensation based on their MOWs (call tracking) to ensure they are meeting requirements.
  • Works with clinical leadership to establish new clinical compensation packages that are measurable and equitable.
  • Helps build out any new compensation policy or structures in QGenda (tier pay, locum/1099s structure) as requested.
  • Processes biweekly payroll – audits premium pay, PTO, and policies/rules within QGenda.
  • Processes semi-monthly payroll – audits premium pay, PTO, and policies/rules within QGenda.
  • Participate in new hire orientation for QGenda training.
  • Performs PTO payout audits.
  • Maintains PTO balances to ensure accuracy between Workday and QGenda.
  • Maintains PTO prorations due to leave, terms, and transition in FTEs.
  • Performs PRN audits per policy.
  • Enters all leaves into QGenda as informed from local HR and leave coordinators.
  • Analyzes and processes incentive bonus programs as they occur.
  • Adhoc reporting at request using payroll data.
  • Works with the Payroll department to verify all paychecks to associates’ salaries are accurate according to their contracts.
  • Reviews and approves contract labor invoicing for the platform to ensure they adhere to their contracts.
  • Resolves pay issue concerns for clinicians.
  • Maintains strictest confidentiality.
  • Performs other duties as approved by the Operations team.
