About The Position
Operate CTP equipment to expose sensitized metal plate from digital files to produce offset printing plates Review images produced on plate for defects or errors that will manifest during the printing process Maintain production documentation May replenish chemical solutions in automatic plate processors and perform routine light maintenance on equipment.
Requirements
- Must be able to read and interpret work instructions
- Must be able to apply principles of rationale systems and solve practical problems
- Learn and be able to maintain/make adjustments to end of press automation
- Must be able to carry up to 20 pounds frequently
- Occasionally move up to 40 pounds of equipment
- Ability to stand for entire duration of shift
