About The Position

Printpack is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Plate Maker for the Converting plant in Grand Prairie, TX. The Plate Maker is responsible for operating and maintaining plate making equipment to produce high-quality flexographic plates for printing operations. This position requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to follow precise specifications while meeting production deadlines. This position reports to the Prepress Supervisor/Manager. This will be a 2nd shift position (3pm-11pm, Mon - Fri) Printpack is one of the most innovative and progressive packaging companies in the world and it embodies the employee-centric values established by its founder, J.
