About The Position

Crystal Finishing Systems, located in Schofield, WI, is seeking a Plastics Support Team Member for its Plastics department. This full-time, 3rd shift position operates Thursday through Saturday from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM. The role involves various production tasks such as sanding, prepping, buffing, assembling, and packaging plastic parts, with a focus on ensuring high-quality finishes for Class A automotive components.

Requirements

• Attention to detail and quality standards

Nice To Haves

• Experience with hand tools and automotive finishing preferred
• Ability to work independently or in a team
• Familiarity with ISO systems a plus

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and apply adhesives/sealants
• Sand, buff, and prep materials for finishing
• Inspect and repair minor imperfections
• Operate hand tools and pneumatic equipment
• Load/unload materials and package finished products
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow safety protocols
• Accurately record production data
