About The Position

Work Shift: Third Shift - Somersworth (United States of America) Work Shift Time: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Job Objective: Ability to operate and be certified on a variety of tasks, including operating manufacturing equipment, following established Standard Operating Procedures. Maintain Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost standards. Ability to perform varying assignments daily. Essential Job Functions: Commitment to Safety Demonstrates a strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines. Promotes a culture of safety within the organization by leading by example and encouraging others to prioritize safety. Promptly reports any safety incidents or near-misses to the appropriate personnel and contributes to the investigation process. Active participation in safety-related programs and initiatives is required as necessary. This includes involvement in the safety committee on a rotating schedule, as well as participation in Risk Assessments, Exposure Hunts, department inspections, and change management activities. Obtain certification in all PVS level 1 (Plastics Specialist and/or FNL) Training Checklist items (attached) within six weeks of hiring. Individual must be flexible and present the ability to become certified in multiple focus factory areas Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment. Operate complex manufacturing equipment following established procedures and Control Plans. Read and interpret the Discrete Job Routing Sheet and Repetitive(s) Perform quality checks as documented. Complete necessary computer transactions or paperwork. Notifies appropriate Personnel of any incidents or situations that would trigger implementation of the contingency plan. Maintain established production standards. Accountable for personal goals and departmental goals. Ability to successfully complete training and operate PIT’s. Train new associates in essential job functions Ability to work well with others in a team environment Excellent attendance required Ability to work overtime as requested or required, including extended shifts and weekends Full time presence required Job Qualifications: High School Diploma and/or GED required. Prior experience with computerized data collection systems. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Requirements

High School Diploma and/or GED required.
Prior experience with computerized data collection systems.
