About The Position

Supply internal/external customer with quality plastic substrate parts used for building complex interiors in our boats. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prep and assemble plastic parts for multiple departments in the production area meeting quality standards set by Malibu. Task may include but not limited to: sanding, grinding, trimming, stapling, assembling, heat forming, routing on plastic parts in a wide variety of shapes and sizes. All duties must be performed in accordance with Malibu's safety policies and procedures. Requirements

General knowledge of operating power tools and hand tools safely
Must be able to read and execute build instruction from work orders
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
