About The Position

We are hiring a Plastic Molding Technician to support daily production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who can independently operate injection molding machines, make minor process adjustments, and ensure parts meet quality specifications with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Basic math skills required
• Strong attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Experience starting up, maintaining, or improving injection molding processes preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines independently with minimal assistance
• Perform machine start-ups and ensure parts are properly inspected
• Verify correct molds and materials are being used
• Make minor process and tool adjustments to meet product specifications
• Keep machines running efficiently throughout the shift
• Communicate production or quality issues to the shift supervisor
• Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times
