About The Position

Plastic injection molding press operator, unloading plastic parts from injection molding machines. Trim plastic parts as needed before packaging then for shipment. Follow de-mold instructions to avoid damaging injection tooling. This is a trial to hire; hire on Bonus $1,000 paid out upon hire on. Also $500 Referral Bonus. They make parts for Bobcat, Polaris, Harley Davidson and Caterpillar

Requirements

• Must have attention to detail and good hand/eye coordination
• Experience in running the press
• Must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Experience in warehouse environment with moderate noise levels
• Able to lift up to 10-15lbs regularly
• Able to stand, walk, stood, bend for the entire shift
• Able to use hands and fingers to reach and grasp
• Able to work 10-12hrs shift
• Must have reliable transportation

• Must be self directed, able to work independently and stay on task

Responsibilities

• Follow directions and customer specification on the job folder
• Keep work area clean and neat
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
