As a Molding Operator at TenX Manufacturing, you’ll play a vital role in producing high-quality custom molded devices.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to recognize visual part characteristics and defects
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a production environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 pounds or more
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding basic safety standards and procedures
- High school diploma or GED required
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing or molding experience is a plus—but TenX Manufacturing is willing to train the right candidate
Responsibilities
- Operating injection molding presses and related equipment within established cycle times
- Performing visual inspections and quality checks in accordance with the quality plan
- De-gating, trimming, assembling, and completing secondary operations per the control plan
- Packaging finished products to customer specifications
- Labeling product containers accurately per the job traveler
- Identifying molding or process issues and notifying the molding technician for correction
- Maintaining stable mold cycle times and completing daily production activity logs
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Supporting overall team success by performing other duties as assigned
