About The Position

The Plant Services Administration role provides essential administrative support to the Plant Services Team. Key responsibilities include creating weekly and monthly customer cost reports, performing timekeeper tasks such as tracking driver and truck hours during turnarounds, and cross-training in billing and customer service functions. The position also involves setting up and maintaining SAP notes, managing group spreadsheets, and organizing turnaround meetings with various internal departments. Effective communication with industrial sales representatives and management, monitoring email correspondence for paperwork, and researching to resolve billing issues are also part of the role. The ideal candidate will be flexible, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced team environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an office environment
  • Must be local (Live within 60 miles)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook programs
  • Intermediate mathematical skills
  • Professional telephone etiquette
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and effective time management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple deadlines
  • Flexibility to come in early or stay late when necessary
  • Ability to work well with others in a fast paced team environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
