Plant Ops Supervisor - PRN

About The Position

This job description is a combination of duties within the plant operations. Responsible for preventive maintenance, repair, and service of all PHO and departmental general equipment, electrical equipment, mechanical, and plumbing. Involved with departmental moves. Performs a number of tasks in all PHO facilities. The Position: PRN, work as needed. Monday through Saturday. 5am to 5pm. Hours may vary.

Requirements

High School graduate-college desired.
Minor mechanical, technical experience desirable.
Boiler and HVAC experience.
Plumbing, heating, electrical, and refrigeration experience.
Previous experience in hospital Plant Operations preferred.
Previous Supervisor/Management experience preferred.
Has basic computer skills.
Is able to Supervise PLT-OPS staff and communicate with Director and /or Administration.
Has a mechanical aptitude.
Has a basic knowledge of electrical mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC system.
Is proficient in interpreting drawing, blue prints, details and specifications (maintains those items).
Is able to work flexible hours, adjust schedule as needed and take call.
Is able to be flexible with tasks.
Is able to operate vehicles (valid driver's license).
Is able to communicate will with all PHO staff.
