About The Position

NLC Energy LLC, a leader in renewable natural gas, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Night Shift Operator to join our dedicated team. Requirements

  • Possess good English language skills (fluent verbal & written comprehension) to interpret procedures, comprehend instructions, and to communicate effectively with others.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent. Technical certifications or vocational training in process operations, renewable energy, or a related field is desirable.
  • Ability to demonstrate effective mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to effectively utilize various computer programs and systems.
  • Demonstrate ability to accurately read, write, and document data and reports.
  • Timely responsiveness and follow-through.
  • Strong attention to safety.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical certifications or vocational training in process operations, renewable energy, or a related field is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor the production plant, including all associated equipment, such as receiving system, digestors, gas skids, CO2, injection, and decant systems.
  • Monitor process variables, including temperature, pressure, flow rates, and gas composition, to ensure optimal plant performance and product quality.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of plant operations, including shift reports, logbooks, maintenance records, and safety documentation.
  • Completes a variety of paperwork related to product loads, instrument readings, safety/security, and other paperwork in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Produce dry ice for scheduled orders.
