About The Position

Operate plant equipment safely and efficiently to support daily production. Monitor material flow and perform routine checks to maintain consistent product quality. Assist with maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubrication, and basic troubleshooting. Perform accurate recordkeeping and communicate operational issues promptly. Support overall site safety by following established procedures and identifying potential hazards.

Requirements

• Capability to operate or learn to operate industrial and mobile equipment safely.
• Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Ability to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a team setting.
• Dependability and attention to detail in completing operational and maintenance activities.
• Willingness to learn plant processes and adapt to changing operational needs.
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
