About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency. Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting to maintain safety and operational integrity. Perform basic maintenance and adjustments to machinery as needed. Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

Requirements

  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols.
  • Willingness to learn and expand operational knowledge.
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
  • Some positions require FMCSA-regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
