Job Summary Responsible for overall plant operations across multiple shifts, including production, maintenance, safety, quality, and logistics, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 8 plus years of relevant experience (food processing preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); SAP knowledge preferred
- Approximately 6–11 trips per year

Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of production, maintenance, shipping or receiving, and sanitation
- Lead and develop cross functional teams across multiple departments
- Ensure food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
- Analyze performance and cost data to drive improvements
- Resolve product quality and operational issues
- Implement process improvements and optimize plant efficiency
- Support talent development, succession planning, and retention
- Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety standards
