The Plant Manager leads the overall strategic, tactical, and financial operations of a chemical process manufacturing facility of varying size, complexity, and volume by: Maintaining a safe work environment for all employees while ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations, as well as company guidelines Developing and implementing a comprehensive strategic plan for the plant, balancing immediate operational needs with the long-term goals of the organization Fostering an inclusive and positive team environment that encourages open exchange of ideas, emphasizing honesty, integrity, and respect, and promoting broad participation to achieve desired results Delivering high-quality services, processes, programs, and products to internal and external customers while continuously seeking opportunities to improve outcomes and enhance service Demonstrating positive leadership through open and effective communication, motivation, leading by example, and implementation of best practices Providing appropriate guidance, ongoing feedback, support, and resources to enhance the effectiveness of individuals and teams We understand that candidates will not meet every single desired qualification .
