This role is responsible for directing all day-to-day plant operations in alignment with company policies, procedures, and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Four-year degree preferred, or equivalent relevant leadership experience
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of manufacturing leadership experience

Nice To Haves

  • Plastics manufacturing experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and champion a strong safety culture, driving accountability and continuous improvement
  • Provide visible, hands-on leadership to the facility, fostering employee engagement and performance
  • Own plant operational and financial performance, making timely decisions to meet business goals
  • Direct and control all aspects of plant cost structure, including labor, maintenance, and consumable spending
  • Anticipate and respond to changes in business volume to protect productivity and profitability
  • Set clear expectations, develop leaders, and hold teams accountable for results
