About The Position

Lead safe, reliable, and efficient daily operations across all areas of the aggregates site. Develop and empower team members through coaching, clear expectations, and consistent communication. Drive continuous improvement in production, maintenance, and overall plant performance. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and operational standards. Manage budgets, production planning, and resource allocation to achieve business goals.
