Reporting Relationships: This position will report to the Regional Operations Manager and will oversee the plant of approximately 15-25 team members Location - 4201 Lakeside Ave E, Cleveland, OH 44114 Position Summary: The Plant Manager is responsible for managing total plant operations and delivering superior customer satisfaction by driving results and exceeding expectations in the key areas of safety, service, quality and cost. Ensures the overall operation of the plant and its production, housekeeping and safety goals are met. Supports the enforcement of company policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
