While reporting to the Director of Operations as the Plant Manager , you will be responsible for succeeding in ThermoSafe’ s core competencies which include, Business Knowledge, Communications, Customer Focus, Leadership/Teamwork/Collaboration, Peoples selection & Development, as well as Innovation, and Execution/Accountability within the ( Location ) plant.

Requirements

  • You have a four-year degree, preferably in the sciences or engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • You have 10 years of practical and relevant experience which is preferred
  • You have experience in problem solving, quick execution, and team leadership

Responsibilities

  • Developing the plants annual operating budget
  • Requesting capital authorization applications for capital expenditures
  • Promoting and supporting a maintenance excellence process
  • Building and maintaining product employee relationships, driving employee satisfaction
