About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cylinder fill plant. This position is responsible for managing production, inventory, safety compliance, and plant personnel while ensuring gas products are produced and distributed safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years’ experience in industrial gas, manufacturing, or plant operations preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Alert, focused, and detail-oriented
• Physically and mentally fit
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. at a time.
• Disciplined, dependable, and resourceful
• High level of composure and good stress management

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years’ experience in industrial gas, manufacturing, or plant operations preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cylinder filling operations.
• Supervise plant personnel and provide training.
• Monitor production goals and inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, FDA, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate distribution to branch locations and customers.
• Maintain plant equipment and quality control standards.
