About The Position

The Plant Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to company safety processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 + years of related experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to work productively with minimal supervision.
  • Valid Driver’s License required

Responsibilities

  • Perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to company safety processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.
  • Construct/assemble new plants and provide maintenance and repair on all equipment in a timely manner.
  • Perform all maintenance operations (welding, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, hydraulics, boilers, and air systems) in accordance with technical specifications and safety regulations.
  • Maintain equipment such as: feed systems, conveying systems, scrubber systems, shaker systems, classifying systems, discharge hopper systems, weigh systems, cement storage systems, central mixer systems, load carrying systems, drive systems, water systems, air systems, electrical systems, crusher systems, hydraulic systems, recycling systems, structural systems, and other miscellaneous equipment.
  • Inspect equipment in accordance with the company's Prescribed Inspection Schedule and complete equipment inspection and reports.
  • Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
  • Conduct all work activities in compliance with Federal and State laws and Company policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
