Plant Maintenance Technicians are responsible for repairing and maintaining the concrete plant according to industry standards and factory specifications. Benefits of joining our company: Competitive Pay: $80,000 to $95,000 base wage annually (upwards of $120,000 annually with potential overtime and discretionary bonus). Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience as a maintenance technician
- Ability to travel to other locations to assist with plant repair; clean DMV record
- Proficient in electrical diagnostics and repair, specifically 110v and 480v
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Manual dexterity and good judgement
- Ability to operate power and hand tools and other equipment safely
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.; maneuver in/out and around concrete plant
Responsibilities
- Inspect equipment for mechanical defects and safety issues and participate in the approval of those projects
- Perform repairs using proper tools and techniques
- Troubleshoot issues further if necessary
- Document work performed onsite and submit progress reports
- Ensure on-time deliveries of work completed
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations at all times
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Work overtime when required, ensuring work is completed on time
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
