About The Position

What You'll Be Doing Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on aggregate processing equipment. Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime. Inspect, repair, and replace components such as bearings, belts, and motors. Collaborate with team members to ensure safe and efficient operations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. What Are We Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for industrial equipment. Familiarity with aggregate or heavy industrial machinery and related systems. Commitment to safety standards and ability to follow established protocols. Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and processes. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
