About The Position

The plant instructor-instrument and electrical is responsible for developing and providing high quality training to support employees in acquiring the knowledge and skill required to safely and efficiently perform their job. Position also provides development and application of the tools necessary to deliver training programs, monitor training progress and evaluate trainees and programs, and coordinates outside customer related training programs. The plant instructor-instrument and electrical is required to travel extensively throughout the area to ensure the effective and timely delivery of quality training programs. MidAmerican Energy Company, a Midwest utility, provides regulated electric and natural gas service to more than 1.6 million customers in Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota.
