About The Position

The Plant HR Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, providing HR advice to supervisors and managers on policies and procedures, and coordinating training schedules to ensure compliance with annual training requirements. This role also involves ensuring adherence to the company's communication practices to foster a trusting work environment, assisting with retention initiatives through enhanced orientation and job training, and auditing HR functions for compliance with company guidelines. The manager will conduct investigations, maintain proper records of complaints, and promote positive community relations.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in HR, Business or other closely related field.
5+ years HR, employee engagement and relations experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent knowledge of federal and state employment law (i.e., Title VII, EEOC, ADAA, FMLA, etc.).
Excellent conflict resolution skills.
Strong technology and computer skills.
Organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Promote community relations throughout the community.
