A day in the life… As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining the human resource database and all employee records and files, while also completing assigned reporting functions involving attendance tracking, terminations, hires, transfers, and other HR-related data. You will support various areas of HR, including employee relations, staffing, onboarding, employee engagement, and company culture initiatives. You will also provide recommendations on the development and administration of HR policies and programs and assist in communicating these policies to new employees. You are the first point of contact for HR related issues or questions, and will need to have an entrepreneur mindset to own projects and create impactful change.
