About The Position
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Support plant operations through safe and efficient material handling Assist with equipment cleanup, maintenance, and basic operational tasks Monitor production areas and promptly report issues Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a culture of safe work practices Perform general labor duties to ensure continuous, reliable plant operations
Requirements
- Ability to work safely around machinery and moving equipment
- Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing, and working in varied conditions
- Willingness to learn plant processes and operate tools/equipment as trained
- Strong attention to detail and reliability in completing assigned tasks
- Commitment to teamwork and maintaining a positive, inclusive work environment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Responsibilities
