About The Position
Support plant operations by assisting with production, cleanup, and general labor tasks Operate or assist with equipment in a safe and efficient manner Follow established procedures to ensure product quality and operational reliability Maintain clean and organized work areas to support a safe workplace Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
Requirements
- Ability to work safely and follow established safety practices
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to learn equipment operation and plant processes
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Reliability, adaptability, and a positive approach to daily tasks
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Benefits
- $26.70 per hour plus an additional $0.50/hr 2nd shift rate
