The Plant Health Care Technician will assist to: Implement our Regular & Organic Plant Health Care program on high-end residential properties in lower Fairfield County, Connecticut and Westchester County, New York. Inspect landscape plantings, diagnose insect, disease and cultural problems and apply treatments according to our contracted programs. Requirements

  • 1-3 years of field experience and/or a background in organic property management.
  • Have or be able to obtain Connecticut pesticide applicators license within 30 days of employment.
  • Have or be able to obtain NY pesticide applicators license within 6 months of employment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to perform independently without direct supervision.
  • Driver’s license.
