This position is responsible for installation and maintenance of communication systems at customer locations throughout Western Pennsylvania supported by ASCC. This individual must be capable of being trained on the aforementioned products and following training they would be expected to: Installation and testing of hardware devices and associated cabling Troubleshoot problems and determine repair techniques Complete accurate and timely paperwork for inventory return/repair Maintain system programming records and databases Design and write system configurations and databases Be a liaison with the ASCC Sales Department Maintain and update service manuals Communicate with manufacturers and technical support Carry pager to respond to emergency service during non-work hours as required Conduct truck and warehouse inventories when directed. Install and maintain software in various types of server environments
