Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check for government site work
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
Nice To Haves
- Pesticide applicator's license
- Experience in landscaping, tree care, or similar field
Responsibilities
- Applying tree and plant health treatments (fertilization, pest/disease control, soil care)
- Working outdoors daily (yes, in the real world-not behind a desk)
- Operating equipment and maintaining a clean, organized work setup
- Communicating with team members to keep jobs running smoothly
- Learning the science behind tree care (we'll train you)
