Requirements
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting instincts and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with 120/208/240/480 voltage systems.
- Demonstrated electrical troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Familiarity with pneumatics troubleshooting.
- Bring your general maintenance background and electrical expertise to a role where your decisions directly impact uptime, safety, and quality—every single shift.
Responsibilities
- Own the preventive maintenance program—perform adjustments, cleaning, and scheduled upkeep to maximize equipment life and reliability.
- Jump on urgent issues: repair or replace parts on machines, installations, and facility systems to get production back online fast.
- Partner with operators, process technicians, and leadership to diagnose equipment problems and implement corrective actions.
- Work safely every time by following lock out/tag out procedures and wearing required safety gear.
