If you thrive on fast diagnostics, safe work practices, and owning results, this role is for you. Core impact Rapidly troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults on manufacturing assets. Install, service, and repair plant machinery, building systems, and services; maintain spare-parts storage and inventory. Interpret and apply schematics, prints, and technical drawings to repairs and installations. Disassemble, repair, reassemble, and test machinery for reliable operation. Start up and shut down plant utilities (generator, air compressor, cooling tower, chiller), including emergency procedures. Swap out defective electrical components (switches, sockets, and related devices). Perform rigging and lifting according to best practices. Apply intermediate machine shop capabilities when needed. Adhere to all safety protocols—specifically lock-out/tag-out—on every task. Complete facility tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, and painting per project needs. Assist electricians with troubleshooting and corrective actions. Document and communicate shift issues to the Plant Engineer/Shift Supervisor. Maintain clean, organized workspaces. Support any area of forming production as required. Perform additional related duties as assigned.
