About The Position
As a Plant Engineering Associate you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Provide support for: general maintenance, preventative maintenance, and service to production tasks. Assist in the documentation and implementation of maintenance procedures as outline by skilled crafts. Aid skilled maintenance technicians which may include, assisting in the troubleshooting, repair, and improvement of our operations. Assist in the establishment and maintaining of critical spare parts inventory in support of equipment reliability and up-time.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a two (2) year technical degree program in a maintenance related field.
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
Nice To Haves
- A basic understanding of shop equipment including hand tools, saws, drill press and welding with a willingness to learn
- Possess a high regard and understanding for workplace safety and housekeeping practices.
- Excellent mechanical aptitude is critical, as represented by academic performance and past experiences.
