We’re hiring a Plant Electrical Maintenance Lead to keep continuous steel production, casting, and finishing lines performing at their peak. Is this you? You thrive in heavy manufacturing and know how to steer an electrical crew during busy shifts. You’re fluent in PLCs, motors, drives, and high/low-voltage systems. You balance safety, speed, and quality—every time.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance/electrical experience; steel/foundry/power/heavy industry preferred.
• Strong command of motors, drives, PLC systems, and high-voltage distribution.
• Leadership or supervisory track record in a manufacturing setting.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Safety-first mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct skilled electricians during assigned shifts in a high-volume plant.
• Own safe and efficient maintenance, repairs, and operation of electrical infrastructure.
• Prioritize and schedule work to cut downtime and protect throughput.
• Diagnose controls and power issues (PLCs, drives, motors; high- and low-voltage).
• Maintain code compliance, safety standards, and preventive maintenance calendars.
• Collaborate closely with operations, mechanical, and reliability groups to meet production goals.
• Train and mentor electricians and apprentices to elevate team capability.
